With an aim to urge the Nepali youth to stay in own country and contribute for its growth, Antarprerana introduced #WorkInNepal Campaign. Today, Antarprerana believes that the national economic growth can be achieved by advancement of innovative and creative enterprises and businesses, and works for the development of entrepreneurship ecosystem in Nepal under the banner of #WorkInNepal.
#WorkInNepal initiative attempts to address the widespread foreign migration of youth in the country in search of employment and quality education. Nepal, is witnessing a foreign migration of more than 1600 youth in a single day because they do not see any opportunities in terms of their growth and livelihood. This has not only crippled the economic growth of the country but has also created a vacuum in supply of workforce at local to national level within the country.
